Jared J. Riemer is a Development Manager with UVD focused on the acquisition and entitlement of mixed use property in Southern California. During the span of his career Jared has covered varied aspects of acquisition and entitlement in government and private developer roles.

After completing his BA at San Diego State University Jared was in the Urban Design Division with the city of San Diego assisting with the update of community plans in accordance with San Diego’s General Plan. Jared went on to work with privately held development companies covering the leasing, acquisition and development of affordable and market rate multi-family projects. Currently Jared is completing his Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of California, Irvine.

Jared is also an active member in the Orange County Chapter of the Urban Land Institute. He currently serves as a representative to the Place Making Initiative Council and is also a member of the Young Leaders Group.
