Dominic Mazza is an Acquisitions Analyst for Urban Village covering greater Los Angeles and Orange County. After earning a BSBA in Economics from the University of Miami, Dominic completed an internship for the City of Anaheim, assisting the Planning Department simplify their zoning code. Dominic then worked as a runner for a brokerage firm that covers sales and leasing of commercial properties throughout Southern California.

Dominic went on to complete his Master’s of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of California, Irvine where he focused on housing issues related to vulnerable populations. In pursuing interests in housing policies Dominic came joined the New Communities Initiative in Washington, DC, which sought to bring development to economically disadvantaged communities in the District of Columbia.

Most recently, Dominic worked as a multifamily researcher for CoStar Group where he tracked market conditions nationwide as well as the development pipeline for Southern California.

He is an active member in the Orange County chapters of the Urban Land Institute and American Planning Association.
